The creation of experimental and electronic music can be intimidating. We will provide an opportunity to witness and participate in building sonic soundscapes.
Convertible Play House will guide us in improvising multilayered tones and poly-rhythms with analog synthesizers, looping stations, contact mics, and acoustic instruments.

In this workshop, we will collage images from magazines, clip art, and other printed sources to create personalized oracle cards ready for contemplative reflection.
Each participant will manifest several magical worlds on thick 5” x 8” cards. When each card is completed, a clear plastic sleeve is placed over your work as a finishing touch. We will reserve some time to share our creations to reveal their multi-layered narratives.

The Animal Re-Imagination Workshop is a playful way to bring a second life to discarded stuffed toys.
We begin with a big pile of stuffed animals rescued from thrift stores. From this pile, we begin to cut off heads, legs, arms, and tails for our individual Frankenstein operations. These limbs are sewn together to manifest one-of-a-kind creatures.
Expect tons of laughter and joy during the workshop.
